Online Classes are now available to book!
I am now offering live online yoga and mindfulness meditation classes ! Classes starts form Thursday 2nd Aprils 2020. You can sign up and pay for the selected classes through our online booking system or book through MoveGB. Here’s my weekly online timetable:
Monday 6:30 - 7:30pm: Hatha Yoga
Tuesday 6:30 - 7:45pm: Hatha Yoga *New Time (previously at 6 - 7:15pm)
Wednesday 10:00 - 11:00am: Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga
Thursday 6:30 - 7:30pm: Hatha Yoga
Friday 10:00 - 11:00am: Gentle Yoga
There are concessionary rates available. As these are challenging times, if you cannot afford these prices, please get in touch for reduced payment options.
