Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga Workshop
I’m happy to announce that Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga Workshop is scheduled at the Bristol Yoga Centre on Sunday 15th May from 11:00 - 13:00pm.
We will learn simple and effective techniques to be more present and mindful in our practice and everyday life. If you like to find out what’s like, come along to my weekly community Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga class on Wednesday at 10:00 - 11:00am.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of students including beginners and those with more experience. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can freely move in as we will be doing a gentle movement practice.
Please book in advance as there are limited spaces available. Note that this is in person only workshop.
