I’m happy to announce that Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga Workshop is scheduled at the Bristol Yoga Centre on Sunday 15th May from 11:00 - 13:00pm.
We will learn simple and effective techniques to be more present and mindful in our practice and everyday life. If you like to find out what’s like, come along to my weekly community Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga class on Wednesday at 10:00 - 11:00am.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of students including beginners and those with more experience. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can freely move in as we will be doing a gentle movement practice.
Please book in advance as there are limited spaces available. Note that this is in person only workshop.

I’m really happy to announce that I will be re-starting my face-to-face yoga classes from the 7th of September. It has been such a long time teaching online & I really look forward to seeing all of my regular students in person again.
We have been busy making Bristol Yoga Centre safe and welcoming for all of you who would like to come back and attend. For anyone who is still shielding or would prefer to learn from home I will be continuing to stream all of my classes live online.
My Monday and Thursday evening classes, which were previously at Kudacan, will remain online only for the time being.

I’ve just uploaded a new blog post on the importance of mindfulness meditation in challenging times on Bristol Yoga Centre website.
I will be posting different meditation techniques and tips of practice to help you get started. I also offer live online donation based mindfulness meditation and yoga class on Wednesday morning from 10-11am every week. This is a small friendly group class focusing on simple movements, breathing practice and meditation techniques to connect and be present with ourselves. We will also explore relaxation methods to help you feel more settled and relaxed.
Suggested donation is £6 but you can pay whatever you can afford. The proceeds for this class will be going to Bristol Mind, mental health charity in Bristol. All levels of students welcome!

Naomi is starting a new Mindfulness Meditation class at the Bristol Yoga Centre from Wednesday 2nd October 2018 from 10:00 - 11:00am. This is a donation based class and you can pay what you can afford - no one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
In this class, we will practice mindfulness meditation, gentle yoga stretches, breathing techniques and relaxation. The focus will be on meditation but we use yoga techniques to learn how to sit comfortably. This is an excellent class to deepen your practice!
My Everyday Yoga & Bristol Yoga Centre classes will be closed on Good Friday 30th March and Easter Monday 2nd April 2018.
If you fancy doing some yoga during the Easter weekend, we have scheduled a lovely Yoga & iRest Yoga Nidra workshop on Saturday 31st March with Sara-Jo at the Bristol Yoga Centre. Bookings are now being taken!

My yoga class at the Redland club is moving to Bristol Yoga Centre from 20th November 2017. The lunch time yoga class will be from 12:30 - 1:30pm on Mondays.
This class was originally held at the Relaxation centre for many years and moved when the centre unfortunately closed down. We had a nice couple of years at the Redland club but it's time to move on!

7 week term starting next week at the Bristol Yoga Centre. I currently have 5 classes on Tuesdays and Fridays and most of the classes are available on MoveGB. Here are list of all my classes the Bristol Yoga Centre.
Signing up for the term is the best way to do yoga as it will encourage you to attend regularly as you have paid up front. Plus, in Bristol Yoga Centre you can do 2 class swaps within the term so if you need to miss one or two classes in a term, you can arrange to go to another class within the term. See here for more information on class swaps. You can also do drop ins and purchase multi class cards at the studio.
If the day doesn't suit you, there are other great yoga and pilates classes running there too. All the teachers at the Bristol Yoga Centre are highly qualified and experienced and we have many different styles and specialist classes available. See the timetable for more information.
To celebrate our opening, we thought we’d run an Open Week. From 8th – 13th May we’ll be running lots of free classes. It’s a great opportunity for anyone who’s never tried Yoga or Pilates to come along and give it a go.

I thought it might be useful to post the timetable for the new yoga studio. This is for the Spring term 2017. Although the classes operate on a termly basis (cheapest option), it's actually possible to join any time. We also accept drop in as well as offer 5 class card which are valid for two months. Most of the classes are also listed on MoveGB too.
Please note that 2 hour Scaravelli Yoga session on Sunday with Kate is a monthly class. Next date is 12th March. The following dates are as follows: Sunday April 23rd, May 21st, June 25th 2017.

It's best to book in advance and the best way to do this is to contact the teacher directly. The 7 week term costs £56 for daytime classes (£8 per class) and £63 for evening classes (£9 per class). We allow two class swaps per term when you sign up for the whole term. This way, if you need to miss a week or two, you can always make up for it by going to another class on our timetable. Drop in costs £11 for daytime class and £12 for an evening class. We also have 5 class pack which costs £48 and £53 for day and evening respectively. The card is valid for two months and it's for use with the same teacher only. Daytime classes are usually an hour long and evening classes are an hour and fifteen minutes. There are concessions available on certain classes.

We are currently busy building the new website and creating a logo for the centre. I'm looking forward to sharing it with you soon. As usual, we are making it ourselves so bear with us (this is one of the reason why I'm getting some of my classes covered by other lovely yoga teachers).
