I have a new yoga class starting on Thursday 20th May from 6:30 - 7:30pm at the Civil Service Sports Club on Filton Avenue.
It has a large flat private lawn which we will be using when the weather is fine. There is a spacious room for us to practice if the sun doesn’t shine. There are lots of car parking spaces and bike stands available at the venue. It also has a bus stop very close by and those pink scooters are always around too.
Please book in advance as there are only 8 spaces available.
I look forward to seeing you in class!
I’ve just uploaded a new blog post on the importance of mindfulness meditation in challenging times on Bristol Yoga Centre website.
I will be posting different meditation techniques and tips of practice to help you get started. I also offer live online donation based mindfulness meditation and yoga class on Wednesday morning from 10-11am every week. This is a small friendly group class focusing on simple movements, breathing practice and meditation techniques to connect and be present with ourselves. We will also explore relaxation methods to help you feel more settled and relaxed.
Suggested donation is £6 but you can pay whatever you can afford. The proceeds for this class will be going to Bristol Mind, mental health charity in Bristol. All levels of students welcome!
I hope you have a lovely Easter weekend.
My online gentle yoga class will run as usual on Good Friday 10th April at 10:00 -11:00 am but Monday evening class on Easter Monday 13th April at 6:30 - 7:30pm has been cancelled. Please check here for more details.
I’m sorry to say that all my physical classes are now closed until further notice.
If you’d like to keep you updated, please check my website regularly, contact me directly or sign up to our newsletter.
Please stay safe and well.
There are no classes with Naomi on Good Friday and Easter Monday but if you’re looking to practice some yoga during this period, you can visit Bristol Yoga Centre as some of their classes will be running. We’ve also arranged Mindful Yin Yoga Workshop with Emilia on 27th April 2019. See here for more information.
I hope you have a lovely Easter weekend!

I was asked by the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) Spectrum Editor, Tori Williams to write an article on the benefits of yoga retreat for their Spring issue. It was great timing as my first ever yoga holiday in Tarifa, Spain is scheduled on 17 - 24th June 2017.
I wrote a short piece titled 'Finding balance at a yoga retreat' to highlight the benefits of attending a yoga holiday. For those of you that would like to read it without getting magnifying glass, I will post the full article on my blog soon.
I've been a member of the BWY since 2003 and the spectrum is a great informative magazine on yoga and events around the UK.
This morning, I found the copy on my door step and I was really excited to see the Everyday Yoga article in their magazine.
I still have several spaces left in the retreat so if you are interested in coming along, get in touch! For more details about the retreat, see here.
